Qualified individuals are eligible to receive Free cell phone service with plans varying by state. Certain residents may be eligible for a Free cell phone. We offer discounts to qualified subscribers who meet certain eligibility requirements, such as government assistance or a household income that is at or below the Federal Poverty Guidelines as dictated by each state. Your FREE benefit is limited to one per household and cannot be combined with any other Lifeline offer.
